After more than ten years the legendary Wild Things Parks in Pittsburgh, PA is set to host a music festival. The Wild Thing’s Park, also known as Theater World in Pittsburgh has been home to many bands and artists for over a decade. Now they are returning, as they prepare for their annual four-day music festival. The Wild Thing’s Park is located at Main Beach Road in Pittsburgh, PA. This particular beach is just one mile from the ocean and just across the road is the Pittsburgh Aquarium which is conveniently located right next door.

The Wild Thing’s Park has a lot of history and a lot of interesting places and things to see but also has a reputation for being a cool place to go and have fun. Of course, it is also a cool place to party because there are always the beach and bars and nightclubs to keep you and your friends up into the late hours. Another unique aspect of the Wild Things Park is that they feature a “wardrobe closed” event where no women are allowed inside! So what exactly is this Wild Things Festival all about? The main stage at the Wild Things Festival will feature several acts that are favorites on both the national and international music charts including the Black Opeth reunion band with their classic hits “Black Ice” and “Dirty Laundry.” You can also catch bands such as Big Bandito with their eclectic blend of Latin-influenced music from places like Cuba and Brazil, as well as the band Mosey on their “Pixeleen” album. You can also look forward to the local music talent as well including comedians and bands like the Rottweiler and Bulldogs on the Wild Things’ main stage.
